Except for Generated Names, all other content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, AI models, and software (“Site Content”), is owned by TriggerGen or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
- You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and use the Site Content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
- Do not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from Site Content without express written permission.
- Trademarks displayed on the Site, such as “TriggerGen,” may not be used without authorization.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TriggerGen and its affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
- You waive any objection to venue or inconvenience of forum.
- For users outside the US, you consent to the jurisdiction of California courts.

Miscellaneous
